Chonnam National University Hospital has operated the customer love call center for quick handling of appointments and inquiries, and changed its main number to 1899-0000.
Thus, Chonnam National University Hospital has completely cleared inconvenience in making an appointment by customers due to lower call response rate and problems of employees not concentrating in their work because of phone call responses.

The call center has a total of 25 employees to perform important duties as the first contact point with customers. These workers handle clinic appointment and change?cancellation, call back for holiday?nighttime unanswered call, call transfer and in-hospital broadcasting, hospital use and parking information.

The ARS step was minimized to 3 steps: Number 1 for appointment?change?cancellation, Number 2 for phone number and department information, and Number 3 for hospital use and parking information.
